    it is the grains and cheap carbs, not animal fat that is the health concern. We also have reduced fat from our diet over the last fourty years and obestity has skyrocketed. Fear the bread, not the butter. No vote from me, eat grass fed humanely treated livestock and stay away from all industrial farming animal and vegetable.
